Returning to God as the Source of Truth
For generations, counselors, psychologists, and theorists have offered models built from personal experience, trauma, philosophy, and cultural ideals. Freud built his system on unconscious drives. Rogers emphasized unconditional positive regard. Adler, Jung, Perls, Ellis, Beck, and countless others constructed theories shaped by their worldview, their wounds, and their observations of human behavior.

I am not better than the people I counsel. I have wounds, struggles, and my own areas where God continues to refine me. But I know one thing for certain: I am not the expert — God is.
My job is not to impress clients with psychological terms, nor to offer them the latest theories shaped by cultural trends. My job is to listen, to understand, and ultimately to introduce them to what the Lord says about the matter.
Because while theorists build frameworks from human reasoning, God speaks from eternal truth.
While others guess, interpret, or hypothesize, God reveals, heals, and restores.
And while the world debates identity, morality, purpose, and truth, God has already spoken.
That is why the R.E.N.E.W. Model is simple, powerful, and transformative:

We begin by identifying which part of God’s created harmony was disrupted. Pain always has a cause, and the Lord exposes those roots gently but truthfully.
E — Exchange Lies with Truth
People don’t struggle because they lack willpower. They struggle because they believe lies.
Freedom comes only when we replace those lies with God’s truth.
N — Nullify Ungodly Thinking
Thoughts shape emotions, and emotions shape behaviors.
But Scripture shapes the mind.
E — Embrace God’s Design
God’s design for temperament and identity is not a limitation—it’s a gift.
Healing requires embracing the masterpiece He created.
W — Walk in Purpose
God never heals someone just to return them to neutral.
He heals them to release them into calling.
