When we think about a vision we think about business or ministries; however, we ignore the fact that God has a vision for each one of us. The Bible tells us, “Where there is no vision, the people perish…” Proverbs 29:18 (KJV) As I engaged in this radical lifestyle change, having a vision for my life is vitally important; it gives me a sense of purpose. If we don’t have a vision for our lives, we will also perish.
In my case, it is vitally important that I allow God to transform my health. Honestly, if I don’t get healthy, how can I sincerely help anybody else? The journey of transforming my body is a part of my credibility for the future, as I help others overcome their issues. So, this is not just about me, is about the people I am called to help. I can’t let God down, my wife, my kids, my future clients, or myself.
