Poem: Life at Last By my Son Angelo Casiano

Abomination, thy name was mine,

A desire greater than all mankind,

Destroyed the dumb-Saw in reverse,

Along with Kin in Holy verse.

Red rain poured down such as the Plagues,

Hence, the punishment in those days.

Desire greater than all mankind,

Steals the heart, Corrupts the mind.

Spit in eyes, submerged in water,

Watched by Shepherd, formed by Potter,

Love is now refined again,

Pinned unto the Tree is sin.

No longer This my burden be,

For though in pain, remain I free,

When he comes to tempt my soul,

Remind him I of tragedy,

Emphatically,

The enemy,

Disguises death with lies for me,

Yet now I see the Hope I need,

To fight against catastrophe,

To fight for my anatomy.

I am Man, Conceived, Created,

Never argued, ever fated.

Seductive Incubus in the night,

Cries my heart to Those related.

There he roams with such great pride,

Stole the banner post Noah’s ride,

Abide he not to Life’s logic,

In self and man, doth he confide.

Rip this spirit far from me,

Or use it for my Destiny,

I pray that More shall hear my plea.

Fruition waits for Harmony,

Stop singing unlike melodies,

Let us agree in euphony.

Present time be lonesome, perhaps,

Yet, let not I be phony.

Love is now refined again,

Pinned unto the Tree is sin,

Past be past, death flees fast,

I have reached Life at last.
